ClassQue ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://ClassQueShop.com)
("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. GENERAL
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us
to process a refund.
2. SHIPPING POLICY & COSTS
All our products are shipped from Toronto,Canada.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your purchased product(s) and an additional 7 - 10 business days for delivery, depending on where the item is being shipped to. This time takes into consideration, processing times by our shipping partners and Customs(for international shipping). Please also note that shipping to destinations outside North America may take longer.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase, unless otherwise waived.This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Shipping Notes
1.Change Of Delivery Address For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at anytime before the order has been dispatched.
2. P.O. Box Shipping
ClassQue will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
3. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
4. Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid
upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and ClassQue encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination
country, the goods will be returned to ClassQue at the customer's expense, and
the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost
of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
5. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
6. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
7. Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an
investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
REFUND/RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not provide a refund. However, we would gladly accomodate returns, to be applied towards exchanges and store credits.
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t allow a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original product tags still intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Item(s) may not be eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit if they are not in their original condition, is damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error or is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Once your return item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item.
Please Note: (ClassQue) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account, to be used within 60 days of your return. This store credit can be applied directly to an exchange of the same product or towards the purchase of a different product. If applying your store credit towards a direct exchange, you will not be charged extra if the same product is now listed at a higher price, nor will you be given an extra credit if the same product is now listed at a lower price.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our fault. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@classqueclothing.com and send your item to: ClassQue, (Qryptonik Group). 1400 Crossing Court. Pickering, ON. L1X 2T1. Canada
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please also take note that all applicable Customs duties/taxes for products purchased internationally, will be paid by the customer and not the responsibility of ClassQue.
